With a wealth of collaboration among filmmakers, this crew technician has established himself as a top Property Master in the business. Mark began his career working on independent movies, leading to work on studio features, assisting on films such as, "Selena", "My Favorite Martian", and "Message in a Bottle". Working with some of the best Prop Masters in the business, eventually provided all the skills necessary to assume the key position as Property Master. Along the way he's had the privilege of maintaining the integrity of many film sets, including Disney's "The Rookie", "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (2004)", HBO's prize-winning "If These Walls Could Talk 2", Spike Lee's "The 25th Hour", and recently "Slipstream", Sir Anthony Hopkins film and debut as Writer/Director. Mark has also art directed several projects, including "Unsolved Mysteries" segments, the documentary "Smoked" by director Errol Morris and numerous national commercials. Over the years, Mark has also been asked to be prepared to show up at call time and work on the other side of the camera. In 2003 he was approached by the Wilson brothers for a role in the comedy "The Wendell Baker Story", written by and starring Luke Wilson. Spike Lee, impromptu had Mark act as a co-bartender to Edward Norton, handing him a long deserved beer in a scene from "The 25th Hour". Richard Linklater dressed him in rags as a depression-era hobo in "The Newton Boy's". James Mangold recently made him a feature player in the western remake of "3:10 To Yuma", acting as a railroad enforcer who tortures Russel Crowe and exchanges gunfire with Christian Bale.
